We are hiring a Remote Resume Editor & Data Entry Assistant for an entry-level, part-time position.

The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable using computers and online tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Edit and format resumes and CVs
  • Enter and organize data accurately
  • Assist with job applications
  • Update documents and spreadsheets
  • Conduct basic online research
  • Use ChatGPT and other AI tools for writing, editing, and research
  • Follow instructions and complete tasks on time

Requirements:

  • Good written English
  • Basic computer skills
  • Familiar with Microsoft Word, Google Docs, and spreadsheets
  • Familiar with ChatGPT
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good internet connection
  • Able to work independently
  • Previous experience is not required; training can be provided

Job Type: Part-time, Remote
Experience Level: Entry level
Expected Hours: Approximately 25 hours per week

This position is suitable for someone who wants to gain experience in resume editing, data entry, administrative support, and AI-assisted work.
