We’re Hiring: HR & Operations Officer

Techhive Concepts is looking for an organised and proactive HR & Operations Officer to support our growing team, manage employee processes, and coordinate projects.

You will work closely with management to help build an effective team, keep projects on track, and establish clear systems for communication and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records, contracts, attendance, and leave information.
• Help define employee roles, responsibilities, and reporting lines.
• Follow up on staff tasks, performance, and professional development.
• Support employee communication, engagement, and workplace concerns.
• Coordinate project schedules, meetings, and assigned responsibilities.
• Track project progress, deadlines, deliverables, and obstacles.
• Follow up with team members and provide management with regular updates.
• Maintain HR documents, project trackers, and company procedures.

What we’re looking for

• Experience in human resources, team management, or operations.
• Experience coordinating projects and following up on deliverables.
• Strong communication, organisation, and documentation skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Confidence working independently and supporting a remote team.
• Experience with a growing company or technology team is an advantage.

Pay: ₦100,000.00 - ₦200,000.00 per month
