About the role

We are an international water quality company seeking a high-performance Logistics Dispatcher & Appointment Coordinator to join our remote operations team. This is not an entry-level or passive role. You will be the engine that drives our entire sales operation — managing appointments, supervising call center agents, monitoring live call activity, and ensuring every moving part of the business runs on time and at full capacity. If you thrive under pressure, take ownership without being asked, and operate with precision and initiative, this role is for you.

What you will do

Appointment management. Monitor, confirm, and protect every scheduled appointment in real time. Send reminders, track technician status, escalate no-responses, and update the CRM (GoHighLevel) after every outcome.

Call center supervision. Ensure each call center agent has 150–300 numbers to dial at all times. Monitor output via RingCentral HUD in real time. Submit an hourly call report covering calls made, talk time, and appointments set per agent.

Call quality review. Use AI tools (Gemini) to analyze call recordings and verify agents are following correct scripts — confirming homeowner presence, qualifying decision-makers, and maintaining call quality. Flag dropped calls immediately.

Route & logistics optimization. Assign appointments geographically to minimize travel time between consecutive stops for each field sales technician. Prevent scheduling conflicts and overbooking.

Data & CRM management. Keep GoHighLevel and Excel tracking systems 100% current at all times. Maintain follow-up pipelines, reschedule lists, and lead redistribution records.

SMS & communication response. Monitor all incoming SMS messages and respond within 2 minutes maximum throughout the shift. Some messages will require translation using AI tools — training will be provided.

Work schedule

Monday – Friday

4:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Lagos)

Saturday

4:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Lagos)

Requirements

Fluent in English — written and spoken communication requiredComfortable using AI tools (Gemini, ChatGPT, or similar) for daily work tasksStable, high-speed internet connection — no exceptionsHighly organized and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced, real-time environmentProficient with Excel and WhatsAppExperience with CRM software is a plus (GoHighLevel preferred)Available to commit to the full Mon–Sat schedule without interruptionSelf-starter — candidates who need constant supervision will not succeed in this role

Pay: ₦150,000.00 - ₦200,000.00 per month
