Dreamport is an international travel platform providing digital tools and training for individuals interested in customer support and travel services in a remote environment.

This position is suitable for candidates in Nigeria looking for remote call center–style roles, English-speaking sales and customer support opportunities, or remote freelance opportunities with international clients.

Work format

  • Remote, online-based activity
  • Recommended involvement: flexible availability based on peak demand during international hours

Scope of Services

  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries related to travel services
  • Communicate with customers in English in a clear and professional manner

Training and onboarding
