Position Overview

As a Client Communication Intern, you will serve as the voice of GWB Legacy by managing inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy. You will assist prospective and existing clients, schedule appointments, provide information, and ensure every customer interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer calls.
  • Make outbound follow-up calls to prospects and existing clients.
  • Book appointments for insurance advisors.
  • Explain company products and services using provided scripts.
  • Maintain accurate customer information.
  • Update CRM records after each interaction.
  • Meet daily call targets and quality standards.
  • Provide friendly and professional customer service.
  • Escalate complex issues appropriately.

Requirements

  • Possess excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Speak English clearly with a neutral accent.
  • Have strong interpersonal skills.
