Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional receptionist to manage our front desk, welcome visitors, answer incoming calls, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
  • Schedule appointments and update calendars.
  • Provide basic information in person, by phone, and by email.
  • Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and record keeping.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service attitude and professional appearance.
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office tools and other basic office equipment.
  • Ability to remain calm, resourceful, and polite under pressure.
  • Prior experience as a receptionist or in an administrative/front office role is an advantage.
