Job Title: Marketer

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Salary: ₦300,000 (Plus 10% Commission)

Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven and proactive Real Estate Marketer to drive property sales, generate quality leads, and build lasting client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the real estate market and proven ability to meet sales targets through effective marketing and business development strategies.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate property sales and investment leads.

· Market and promote the company's real estate properties across various channels.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers, investors, and corporate clients.

· Conduct property inspections and presentations for potential clients.

· Understand clients' property needs and recommend suitable real estate solutions.

· Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase property sales.

· Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular reports on sales and marketing activities.

· Negotiate property deals and support clients throughout the sales process.

· Achieve and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

· Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and property developments.

Qualification & Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, Mass Communication, or a related field.

· Minimum of 2–4 years' experience in real estate sales, marketing, or business development.

· Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the real estate industry.

· Strong client acquisition, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM tools is an added advantage.

· Knowledge of the Lagos real estate market is highly desirable.
