Job Overview

We are looking for a Project manager to be responsible for handling our company's ongoing projects. You will be working closely with your team members to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track. Responsibilities include submitting project deliverables, preparing status reports, and establishing effective project communication plans as well as the proper execution of said plans.

To be a successful candidate, you will need to have proven experience in project management and the ability to lead project teams of various sizes. A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a huge advantage.

Responsibilities of Project manager

  • Responsible for project objectives
  • Monitor performance of projects within portfolio
  • Produce an intake process and portfolio management pipeline that meets the needs of executive leadership and the engineering team
  • Collaborate with leadership to make sure their specific use cases and gaps in knowledge are being resolved
  • Leverage existing systems to avoid re-inventing the wheel
  • Provide leadership through the roll out of the process as a facilitation and drive with stakeholders and across the engineering team
  • Ability to establishing project intake, portfolio management and a delivery pipeline that meets the needs of executive leadership and the engineering delivery teams
  • Create and manage supporting project documents including but not limited to project plans, risk mitigation plans, communication plans, budgets, other project management-related documentation
  • Gather various elements of project performance data and routinely report such to the project team, stakeholders and leadership
  • Maintain constant oversight of project budgets through assimilation of actual cost data and re-forecasting of expected total costs

Pay: ₦400,000.00 - ₦450,000.00 per month
