Job Role: Fulfilment Intern

Salary: ₦100,000 Net Monthly

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Fulfilment Intern to support order processing, customer service, pharmacy coordination, and delivery management. The ideal candidate should be organised, proactive, and able to ensure accurate and timely fulfilment of customer orders while maintaining proper records and delivering excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and process orders via WhatsApp, providing accurate information on medication pricing and availability within regulatory limits.
  • Coordinate with partner pharmacies and dispatch riders to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
  • Prepare daily sales and order reports, maintain accurate payment and dispatch records, and regularly update the debt report.
  • Follow up with customers to confirm delivery, gather feedback through surveys, and handle complaints professionally.
  • Monitor order fulfilment processes, identify areas for improvement, and report performance updates to the Fulfilment Manager.
  • Support quality management processes and carry out other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

  • OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Pharmacy-related fields, Logistics, or a relevant discipline.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, order fulfilment, logistics, or a related role; internship experience is an advantage.
  • Good communication, organisational, and customer service skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and record-keeping.
  • Ability to pay attention to detail, work with minimal supervision, and handle customer information confidentially.

Pay: ₦100,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Lagos
