Job summary

Be the friendly face of our travel agency, handle client inquiries, resolve concerns, and deliver great service at every touchpoint. Strong communication and problem-solving skills needed; customer service experience is a plus. Wuye, Jahi, or Wuse residents.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Provide accurate information on travel services, bookings, and agency offerings
  • Resolve client complaints and concerns efficiently, escalating complex issues where necessary
  • Support clients with basic booking inquiries, changes, and follow-ups in coordination with the ticketing team
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and inquiries in the CRM system
  • Build positive relationships with clients to encourage trust and repeat business
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction after service delivery
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure client needs are met promptly
  • Stay informed about the agency's services, promotions, and policies to provide accurate guidance
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming tone in all client communications


Requirements:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Friendly and professional attitude
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Customer service experience is an advantage
  • Basic computer skills
  • Candidates residing in Wuye, Jahi, or Wuse (Abuja) are strongly preferred
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
