Job Summary

• We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Supply Chain Supervisor to oversee and coordinate daily supply chain operations.
• The ideal candidate will supervise purchasing, inventory management, logistics, and distribution activities, ensuring efficient flow of materials, goods, and information while maintaining supply reliability, cost efficiency, and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across purchasing, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.
• Coordinate with procurement, operations, sales, stores, and logistics teams to synchronize supply and demand.
• Supervise, lead, and train team members to ensure process accuracy, safety compliance, and productivity.
• Monitor supply chain performance using KPIs such as inventory turnover, lead times, fulfillment rates, and cost efficiency.
• Manage suppliers and service providers, evaluate their performance, and resolve supply-related issues.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, QHSE requirements, and applicable regulations.
• Respond to operational disruptions, propose corrective actions, and maintain reliable supply operations.
• Prepare and submit weekly supply chain reports.
• Report unsafe acts and conditions and participate in QHSE activities.
• Support compliance with all QHSE policies and procedures.
• Take responsibility for personal safety and the safety of co-workers.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum of HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or related functions, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Supply Chain certification will be an added advantage.
• Experience within the oil and gas industry will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.
• Strong interpersonal, written, verbal communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
• Ability to develop practical solutions and think creatively.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Good computer skills.
• Knowledge of relevant QHSE standards and procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦600,000.00 - ₦800,000.00 per month
