An Office Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth operation of an office.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer and direct phone calls.

* Greet visitors and clients professionally.

* Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and correspondence.

* Maintain filing systems and organize documents.

* Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

* Prepare reports, letters, and presentations.

* Order and manage office supplies and equipment.

* Enter, update, and maintain records and databases.

* Assist with photocopying, scanning, and printing documents.

* Support other staff members with administrative tasks as needed.

Required Skills

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email systems.

* Attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualifications
