• Format entries consistently — term, pronunciation, definition, category, and source
• Cross-check definitions against credible medical and health sources for accuracy
• Organise terms into the correct categories and tags
• Flag any terms that need expert review before publishing
• Maintain a clean, error-free spreadsheet or database of all entries
• Meet weekly entry targets set in collaboration with the team

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Strong attention to detail — accuracy matters more than speed here
• Comfortable researching and verifying information from credible sources
• Good written English and clean, consistent formatting habits
• Proficient with Airtable, Google Sheets / Excel (or similar tools)
• Interest in women's health is a strong plus
• Nigerian — based in Nigeria, available to work remotely
• Self-motivated and able to meet deadlines without close supervision
• Background in nursing, public health, biology, or a health-related field
• Previous data entry or research experience
• Familiarity with medical terminology
• Very proficient in English grammar
• Have access to your own laptop or iPad
• Salary 200,000 NGN
• Monthly data credit of 30,000 NGN

Pay: Up to ₦200,000.00 per month
