Job Title: Graphic Motion Designer

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Motion Designer to create visually compelling static and animated content that strengthens our brand identity across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will combine strong graphic design skills with motion graphics expertise to produce engaging content for social media, marketing campaigns, websites, presentations, and promotional videos.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design high-quality visual assets for digital and print marketing materials.
  • Create engaging motion graphics, animations, explainer videos, and promotional content.
  • Produce short-form video content for social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube.
  • Develop animated logos, infographics, product demonstrations, and brand assets.
  • Edit and enhance videos with motion graphics, sound, transitions, and visual effects.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, content, and product teams to deliver creative campaigns.
  • Ensure all creative outputs align with the company's brand guidelines and messaging.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, design techniques, and emerging creative tools.
  • Manage multiple creative projects while meeting deadlines.
  • Organize and maintain design files, templates, and creative assets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in graphic design and motion graphics.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating both static and animated design work.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Knowledge of Figma, Canva, or similar design tools.
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual storytelling.
  • Experience with video editing and animation principles.
  • Ability to translate concepts into engaging visual content.
  • Excellent attention to detail and creativity.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience creating content for fintech, technology, or B2B brands.
  • Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
