Position: Registered Nurse

Salary: ₦150,000 – ₦200,000 per month (Gross)

Reports To: Head Nurse / Medical Director

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate, experienced, and dedicated Registered Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care to elderly residents in our luxury Care Home in Lekki. The ideal candidate will have a passion for geriatric care and be committed to delivering excellent resident-centered care in a serene and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration and monitoring
  • Conduct regular health assessments and monitor vital signs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents
  • Assist with daily living activities for residents with mobility challenges
  • Respond promptly to medical emergencies and acute health changes
  • Maintain accurate and detailed nursing records and documentation
  • Collaborate with doctors, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals
  • Ensure strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols
  • Provide health education and emotional support to residents and their families
  • Supervise and mentor junior caregivers when required

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with valid Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN) license
  • Minimum of 2–5 years post-NYSC clinical experience
  • Experience in Geriatric Nursing, Elderly Care, or Hospital setting is a strong advantage
  • BLS / ACLS certification is an added advantage
  • Compassionate, patient, and emotionally mature
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on shift basis (including nights and weekends)
  • Must reside in Lagos (Lekki, Ikoyi, Victoria Island, or surrounding areas preferred)
