Medical Sales Representative

Salary Range: ₦150,000–₦250,000

Job Summary: Sylken is seeking results-driven Medical Sales Representatives to promote its products, grow sales within assigned territories, and build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, pharmacies, hospitals, distributors and other relevant customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve assigned sales and distribution targets within the designated territory.

- Build and maintain productive relationships with pharmacies, hospitals, distributors and other customers.

- Promote and detail the company’s products to healthcare professionals and retail partners.

- Identify new business opportunities and expand product distribution within the territory.

- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with logistics to support timely replenishment.

- Gather market intelligence on customer needs, competitor activities and emerging opportunities.

- Provide accurate and timely sales and market reports.

Requirements and Qualifications

- Degree in Pharmacy, Anatomy or any of the Biological Sciences.

- Three to five years of experience in sales and marketing.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Persuasive selling, negotiation and relationship-management abilities.

- Good product knowledge and market awareness.

- Ability to meet sales targets and manage an assigned territory effectively.

Preferred Experience Experience in pharmaceutical, medical, healthcare or related product sales will be an advantage.

Pay: ₦150,000.00 - ₦250,000.00 per month
