Adorable Care Agency is seeking a highly resourceful Telehealth Clinic Launch & Operations Specialist to help research, build, and manage a physician-led virtual weight-management clinic serving patients in the United States.

The successful candidate will study established telehealth weight-loss clinics and help us develop a comparable but original, legally compliant system. This includes the patient website, marketing funnel, online intake, appointment scheduling, payment process, telemedicine workflow, patient follow-up, and daily clinic operations.Candi should be to launch AI videos and content in the site fir SEO

This is not a routine virtual-assistant position. We need someone who can independently research how successful clinics operate, identify the technology and professionals required, coordinate implementation, document the entire process, and help move the project from idea to launch.

Key Responsibilities

• Study successful telehealth weight-management clinics and document their patient journey, pricing structure, services, website funnel, and operational model.
• Help design an original patient experience from online advertisement through consultation, treatment, payment, and follow-up.
• Research and compare telemedicine platforms, EHR systems, online scheduling tools, payment processors, e-prescribing solutions, laboratory services, pharmacies, and patient communication systems.
• Coordinate website developers, designers, marketers, billing companies, credentialing specialists, and other contractors.
• Create online intake forms, consent workflows, appointment reminders, FAQs, email templates, and standard operating procedures.
• Help establish secure systems for patient inquiries, scheduling, document collection, and follow-up.
• Research competitors, their prices, services, patient reviews, marketing strategies, and areas where our clinic can provide a better experience.
• Track assignments, deadlines, vendors, costs, and launch progress using Asana, Trello, , or a similar platform.
• Assist with social-media content, educational materials, lead generation, and patient-conversion tracking.
• Provide the physician-owner with concise progress reports, recommendations, and next steps.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and follow HIPAA-conscious practices.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience launching or managing a telehealth clinic, medical practice, health-tech service, online pharmacy workflow, or similar healthcare operation.
• Strong research, project-management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience coordinating websites, marketing funnels, appointment systems, CRM platforms, or online payments.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to work independently and produce results with limited supervision.
• Strong proficiency with Google Workspace, spreadsheets, project-management platforms, and AI productivity tools.
• Reliable computer, high-speed internet, and availability during agreed US Eastern Time hours.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with US healthcare, telemedicine, medical billing, credentialing, HIPAA, EHR systems, or digital health marketing.
• Experience supporting a weight-management, wellness, primary-care, or specialty clinic.
• Knowledge of GoHighLevel, HubSpot, WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Zocdoc, or similar platforms.
• Experience building SOPs and managing multiple external contractors.

The employee will support business and administrative operations only. Clinical decisions, diagnoses, prescriptions, and controlled-medication management will remain exclusively with appropriately licensed US healthcare professionals. Applicants must not make unauthorized medical claims or provide clinical advice.

Pay: ₦150,000.00 - ₦250,000.00 per month
