MedReach Digital Health Innovation Ltd is a doctor-led digital health platform committed to improving access to quality healthcare through telemedicine, home healthcare, chronic disease management, and coordinated patient care.

We are expanding our network of experienced General Practitioners who are passionate about providing patient-centered healthcare through home consultations and virtual consultations while working on a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct home medical consultations for patients within your location.
  • Provide telemedicine consultations through the MedReach platform.
  • Diagnose and manage common acute and chronic medical conditions.
  • Develop appropriate treatment plans.
  • Prescribe medications where appropriate and in accordance with Nigerian regulations.
  • Request laboratory investigations and diagnostic tests when necessary.
  • Refer patients to specialists or hospitals when required.
  • Coordinate care with nurses and other healthcare professionals.
  • Provide follow-up care for patients with chronic medical conditions.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on disease prevention and health promotion.
  • Maintain accurate and professional clinical documentation.

Minimum Qualifications

  • MBBS or MBChB from a recognized institution.
  • Current Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN) Practising Licence.
  • Valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC).
  • Minimum of 3 years post-qualification clinical experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong clinical decision-making ability.
  • Professional and compassionate approach to patient care.
  • Comfortable using smartphones and digital health platforms.
