Job Summary

We are seeking energetic and result-driven Freelance Marketing Executives to promote our HR consulting and recruitment services, generate qualified leads, and convert prospective clients into paying customers. This role offers flexibility, allowing you to work remotely while also engaging clients physically whenever necessary.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach companies that require recruitment or HR consulting services.
• Generate quality business leads through online and offline marketing.
• Market Kenedri Services' recruitment, HR consulting, and training solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct follow-ups until deals are successfully closed.
• Attend networking events, business meetings, and exhibitions when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and client interactions.
• Collaborate with the management team to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Provide weekly reports on marketing activities and business opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Previous experience in marketing, sales, business development, or customer relationship management is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and networking abilities.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good knowledge of social media and digital marketing tools is an added advantage.

• Recruitment services: 20–30% commission on Kenedri Services' profit per successful placement.
• HR consulting projects: 10–15% commission on each project secured.
• Training services: 10% commission on every participant or company registered through the marketer.

Pay: ₦70,000.00 - ₦100,000.00 per week
