TITLE: SME Loan Officers (Microfinance Bank)
Salary Range: ₦280,000 – ₦364,000 net monthly
An established Microfinance Bank is recruiting target-driven SME Loan Officers across 4 locations in Lagos.
Available Branches: Ikeja, Ojo, Sangotedo, Ikorodu.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years handling SME credit, appraisals, and loan disbursements.
Key Duty: Grow a high-quality risk asset portfolio while maintaining strict loan recovery.
Requirements
OND / HND / B.Sc in a business-related course.
Solid experience in business cash-flow analysis and credit appraisal.
Strong collection skills to maintain an excellent portfolio quality (Low NPL).
Proximity to the preferred branch is a massive advantage.
