Uses practical experiments, demonstrations, and inquiry-based learning to deepen understanding.

Connects Chemistry to the real world by exploring topics such as climate change, renewable energy, pharmaceuticals, industrial processes, food science and environmental sustainability.

Can confidently prepare students for WAEC and Cambridge IGCSE Chemistry, delivering consistently strong academic outcomes through excellent teaching, purposeful assessment and effective examination preparation.

Produces students who do more than achieve outstanding grades.

You produce students who ask thoughtful questions, investigate evidence, and think like scientists.

Essential Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Science Education or a closely related discipline
  • PGDE or recognised teaching qualification
  • Cambridge IGCSE certification or training is highly desirable

Experience

  • Minimum four years' teaching experience
  • Experience teaching Junior Secondary Basic Science
  • Experience preparing students for WAEC Chemistry
  • Experience teaching Cambridge IGCSE Chemistry
  • Strong practical laboratory management skills
  • Excellent classroom and behaviour management
  • Outstanding written and spoken English
  • Confident use of digital learning technologies and virtual teaching resources

Pay: ₦250,000.00 - ₦320,000.00 per month
