As a Flexible Operations Personnel you will provide hands on support to client organizations in a variety of roles depending on operational requirements. These roles may include hospitality service, cleaning and housekeeping, warehouse operations, retail support, event setup, logistics handling, and other general operational tasks.

This position is ideal for dependable individuals who are adaptable, customer focused, and capable of working in fast paced environments while maintaining professionalism and service quality.

Roles Covered Under This Position

Assignments may include, but are not limited to, the following roles:

• Waiter / Bartender / Ushers – supporting hospitality services and guest experience
• Cleaners / Housekeepers – maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Kitchen Porter – assisting kitchen staff with cleaning and preparation tasks
• Setup & Breakdown Crew – supporting event preparation and dismantling activities
• Pickers / Packers – handling order picking and packaging within warehouse environments
• General Handling Roles – supporting logistics, movement, and operational tasks
• Replenishment Staff – restocking products and maintaining inventory displays in retail settings

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities will vary depending on the specific role and client requirements. Typical duties may include:

Hospitality & Events

• Providing excellent customer service in restaurants, hotels, and event venues
• Serving food and beverages to guests professionally and efficiently
• Assisting guests with seating, directions, and event coordination
• Supporting bartending operations and beverage service where required
• Assisting with event setup, venue preparation, and post event breakdown

Retail Operations

• Restocking shelves and maintaining product displays
• Assisting customers with product information and general inquiries
• Supporting store operations during busy periods
• Maintaining store cleanliness and organization

Industrial & Warehousing

• Picking and packing customer orders accurately
• Handling inventory movement within warehouses or distribution centers
• Loading and unloading goods safely
• Assisting with inventory checks and stock organization

Facility Management

• Performing cleaning and housekeeping duties in offices, hotels, or commercial facilities
• Maintaining hygiene standards in workspaces and public areas
• Supporting facility operations with general maintenance assistance

Business Support

• Assisting with administrative or operational support tasks where required
• Supporting workplace logistics and organizational needs

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement in line with employment regulations
• Ability to work flexible hours and shift based roles

• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, or carry items depending on the role
• For driving roles: valid driver’s license and safe driving record
