HR Officer Vacancy at a retail food business

We are currently recruiting for an HR Officer to work in a retail food business with operations around Nigeria.

Job Summary:

The HR Officer will manage the operations of the HR department, handling end-to-end recruitment of operations staff, employee relations, staff welfare and employee engagement. The incumbent will manage the life cycle of operations staff from entry to exit.

Budget: 200,000 - 300,000

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm with one day work from home

Benefits: Pension, Health Insurance at confirmation

Location: Opebi, Ikeja

Requirements:

  • BSc/BA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any relevant field
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience working as an HR Officer or a similar role
  • Experience in the food and retail sector is desirable
  • Membership of a relevant professional body; CIPM, HRCI, CIPD or SHRM
  • Practical and up-to-date knowledge of Labour law regulations and best practices
  • Practical knowledge of all HR functions
  • High degree of tact, diplomacy and discretion is essential
  • Candidates should live close to the work location.

Pay: ₦200,000.00 - ₦300,000.00 per month
