Job Title: Receptionist (Hotel)
Location: Lekki Phase 2, Lagos
Salary: ₦100,000 – ₦120,000

Job Summary
We are looking for a professional and customer-oriented Receptionist to manage front-of-house operations in a hotel/apartment setting. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a smooth, welcoming, and efficient experience from inquiry to check-out while supporting reservations and daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to guests (walk-in, phone, and online) in a warm and professional manner.
- Handle check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest records,
- billing, and room allocation.
- Respond to guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.
- Manage reservations across online travel agencies (OTAs) and direct booking channels, ensuring accuracy and availability.
- Maintain rate and availability consistency across platforms.
- Monitor daily occupancy, cancellations, and no-shows.
- Maintain accurate guest records and ensure proper documentation of all transactions.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure rooms are ready and guest needs are met.
- Identify opportunities to upsell services such as room upgrades and extended stays.
- Uphold the hotel’s brand standards across all guest interactions.
Requirements
- 1–3 years experience in a receptionist or hospitality role.
- Experience using OTA platforms such as Booking.com, Agoda, or Airbnb.
- Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good use of basic computer tools (Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, email, WhatsApp).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
Pay: ₦100,000.00 - ₦120,000.00 per month
