Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager to oversee the operations of a multi-branch hotel and hospitality business in Delta State, Nigeria. The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership, operational, sales, and customer engagement skills, with the ability to improve business processes and develop human capacity

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations across multiple hotel branches.
  • Drive revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and occupancy rates.
  • Develop operational processes and service standards.
  • Lead, train, and mentor management and staff teams.
  • Improve customer engagement and brand visibility.
  • Monitor budgets, operational performance, and profitability.
  • Build strategic partnerships and corporate relationships.
  • Ensure excellent guest experience and service delivery.
  • Provide regular operational and performance reports to management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in hotel or hospitality management.
  • Experience managing multi-branch hospitality operations is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to increase sales and business performance.
  • Excellent customer relationship and public engagement skills.
  • Strong understanding of hospitality operations and team management.
  • Must currently reside in Nigeria and be willing to work in Delta State
  • Outspoken and confident personality.
  • Strong people management and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to develop sustainable operational systems and staff capacity.
  • Professional appearance and strong business ethics.

Pay: ₦2,500,000.00 - ₦3,000,000.00 per year
