JOB TITLE: HR Manager

SALARY: ₦400,000 – ₦450,000 per month

JOB OVERVIEW

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to lead and manage all human resources functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing HR strategies, overseeing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws while aligning HR practices with business objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with company goals.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes.
• Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues effectively.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and HR best practices.
• Supervise performance management systems and employee evaluations.
• Lead training and development programs to enhance workforce productivity.
• Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll structures.
• Provide guidance to senior management on HR-related matters.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM) is an added advantage.
