Graphics Artist & Creative Production Support

JOB SUMMARY

The Graphics Artist & Creative Production Support Officer is responsible for creating compelling visual content and providing production support for the company’s marketing and corporate communication activities. The role focuses on graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, photography support, and the production of digital and print materials. The officer ensures that all creative outputs are visually appealing, delivered on time, and consistent with the company’s brand identity.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design high-quality creative materials, including social media graphics, flyers, brochures, banners, presentations, advertisements, and other brand collateral.
  • Edit videos for social media, marketing campaigns, corporate events, internal communication, and other promotional activities.
  • Create basic motion graphics, animations, subtitles, transitions, and visual effects where required.
  • Support photography and videography activities, including content planning, production setup, shooting, and post-production.
  • Develop creative concepts and translate campaign briefs into visually engaging designs.
  • Adapt creative materials into appropriate sizes and formats for different digital and print platforms.
  • Ensure consistency in the use of the company’s logo, colours, typography, imagery, and other brand elements.
  • Perform other related Marketing Communication and creative production duties as assigned.

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

The ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications and experience:

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or HND in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Mass Communication, Multimedia, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • One to three years of relevant experience in graphic design, video editing, creative production, or a related role.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating competence in graphic design and video editing.

REQUIRED CAPABILITIES

(Knowledge, Skills and Behaviour)

  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, or similar software.
  • Proficiency in video-editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour, composition, and visual storytelling.
  • Ability to convert creative briefs and ideas into effective visual content.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

Pay: ₦550,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Lagos (Lagos)
