About the Role

Realhouse is looking for a Mid-level Graphic Designer to join our team full-time, on-site. In this role you'll create visual content across both print and digital channels — from magazine layout pages to social media graphics, email campaigns, and web assets. You'll work closely with the Content and Advert Departments to ensure every piece of design reflects Realhouse's commercial and creative standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design print materials including brochures, flyers, signage, banners, and property listing sheets
  • Create digital assets for social media, email marketing, websites, and online listings
  • Develop and maintain consistent brand guidelines across all print and digital touchpoints
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to translate briefs into compelling visuals
  • Prepare print-ready files and liaise with vendors/printers to ensure quality output
  • Edit and retouch photography for property listings and marketing campaigns
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Stay current on design trends relevant to real estate and property marketing

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally spanning both print and digital
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Adobe XD or Figma a plus
  • Strong understanding of print production (bleed, color modes, file prep) and digital design specs
  • Solid grasp of typography, layout, and brand consistency
  • A portfolio demonstrating range across both print and digital work
  • Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple projects at once
  • Strong communication skills and ability to take feedback constructively
