Job Title: Sales Executive (Hybrid – Lagos)

About the Role:

Heirs Life Assurance is expanding its sales team and inviting ambitious, confident, and goal-oriented individuals — both fresh graduates and experienced marketers — to join us as Sales Executives.

In this role, you will promote our range of life insurance, savings, and annuity products, helping clients achieve financial security and enjoy peace of mind in retirement. You’ll also have the opportunity to grow your income and career in a highly supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell the company’s life insurance, savings, and annuity solutions to new and existing clients.

Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers.

Understand client needs and recommend suitable financial plans.

Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.

Participate actively in marketing campaigns, training sessions, and team meetings.

Maintain accurate records of sales and customer engagements.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: OND / HND / B.Sc. in any discipline.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Experience in sales or marketing is an advantage (but not compulsory).

Self-driven, proactive, and result-oriented.
