Job summary
The Facility Manager is accountable for the whole compound and is the client's single point of contact for all facility matters. This role also carries the daily site supervisor function: every staff member and specialist partner reports through this person.
Min Qualification: HND Experience Level: Senior level Experience Length: 5 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Abuja, Nigeria
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Inspect all residences, grounds, pool and plant areas daily.
- Supervise handymen, gardeners, cleaners and the housekeeper; manage attendance, shift schedules and relief cover.
- Log, assign and close all requests in the MaintainX helpdesk with photo evidence.
- Run the planned maintenance calendar, and direct and check specialist contractors.
- Prepare the monthly client report and attend review meetings.
Requirements:
- A minimum of an HND in a related field
- A minimum of 5 years of experience
- Team leadership and supervision
- Facility or estate management
