Undergoing training in different departments to understand company operations

Assisting senior staff with daily tasks and projects

Learning company policies, procedures, and work processes

Supporting customer service and administrative duties

Preparing reports, documents, and presentations

Conducting research and gathering information when needed

Helping with problem-solving and improving work processes

Building professional skills like communication, teamwork, and time management

Requirements

Minimum of OND/NCE/HND/BSc (depends on company)
