We’re hiring a motivated Digital Operations Assistant to support our team with daily online and administrative tasks. This is an entry-level position — perfect for recent graduates or individuals looking to start a career in digital operations or office administration.

No prior experience is required; comprehensive training will be provided. If you’re detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn, we’d love to have you on our team.
Digital Operations Assistant qualifications

Operations Assistant skills. You should be comfortable using productivity software, managing digital files, and coordinating online projects. A background in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred, but full training will be provided to help you succeed in this role.

After completing our training sessions, you’ll be able to confidently support digital workflows — from organizing online systems and tracking team progress to scheduling meetings and maintaining databases.

Ultimately, you’ll play an important role in ensuring our digital operations run efficiently, helping the team stay organized, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results across departments

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing daily digital workflows and team coordination.
  • Update task boards and track progress using digital tools or similar platforms .
  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting notes.
  • Organize and maintain digital files and shared drives.
  • Create simple spreadsheets, summaries, and performance reports.
  • Support communication across departments using Google Workspace, or email.
  • Help troubleshoot basic technical or digital platform issues.
  • Ensure company records and online documents are properly updated and stored.
  • Participate in training and team projects to improve operational efficiency.
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth virtual operations.

Requirements and skills

  • ND/BSc in Business Administration, Office Management, Information Management, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic computer and digital literacy (Google Docs, Sheets, Drive, or Microsoft Office).
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Ability to work well independently and within a team.
  • Positive attitude, professionalism, and reliability.
  • Willingness to learn new systems and take initiative.
  • No prior work experience required — training will be provided.
