The Role

We are seeking compassionate, patient-focused Staff Nurses for our General Out-Patient Departments. You will help clients and patients sustain and maintain their health and wellbeing, delivering safe, high-quality nursing care as the first clinical point of contact.

Location

Ikoyi, Ikeja and Ligali

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt attention and nursing care to patients attending the out-patient clinics
  • Assist doctors in the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of patients
  • Triage patients and prioritise care appropriately
  • Perform procedures including history taking, vital signs monitoring with necessary follow-up, wound dressing, medication and injection administration, and IV placement
  • Document and maintain accurate, complete patient records
  • Provide health education and support to patients and their relatives
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment at all times
  • Comply with Standard Operating Procedures and quality standards
  • Participate in departmental quality improvement projects

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse (RN); Registered Midwife (RM) an added advantage
  • Valid practising licence from the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN)
  • 0–5 years post-qualification experience
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) skills
  • Attention to detail; good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle stress and crisis situations

Work Schedule

Shift-based, including weekends: Day shift (8:00am–6:00pm) and Night shift (6:00pm–8:00am)

Pay: ₦3,230,662.20 per year

Experience:

  • post qualification: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Registered Nurse (Required)
