Position: Graduate Trainee

Location: Lagos, Ikeja

Program Duration: 12 Months

Program Overview

An HMO is pleased to invite applications for its 2026 Graduate Trainee Programme. This structured program is designed to develop high-potential graduates into well-rounded professionals across all departments and units of the organization.

Trainees will gain hands-on experience through rotational postings in various departments, mentorship from senior leaders, and formal training sessions.

• Finance & Accounts
• Operations & Provider Management

Key Responsibilities

• Participate actively in departmental operations and projects
• Learn and apply industry best practices in health insurance and managed care
• Support team members in daily tasks and deliverables
• Participate in structured training and development programs
• Contribute fresh ideas and innovation to assigned projects
• Prepare weekly and monthly learning reports
• Undertake any other duties assigned by the program coordinator

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum Second Class Upper) in any discipline (graduated between 2022 – 2025)
• Completed NYSC
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• High level of integrity and professionalism
• Must be resident in Lagos
