Job Brief

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to lead our digital marketing efforts and strengthen our online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive lead generation, increase brand awareness, improve customer engagement, and support business growth.

The Digital Marketing Executive will oversee campaigns across various digital platforms, monitor performance metrics, and work closely with sales & media teams to ensure marketing activities align with company goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, SEO, SEM/PPC, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising
• Manage and optimize marketing assets such as landing pages, funnels, and call-to-action strategies for lead generation
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and advertising platforms
• Track and improve key performance metrics including ROI, CPL, CTR, and conversions
• Collaborate with Sales, Content, Design, and CRM teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives
• Manage the digital marketing budget effectively
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices
• Supervise and support external vendors when necessary

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or any related field
• 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing with proven success in campaign management and lead generation
• Strong understanding of YOUTUBE, META, SEO, SEM/PPC, email marketing, and digital analytics tools

Remuneration & Benefits

• N350,000 - N500,000 Monthly
• Performance-based bonuses and incentives
