Job Summary

Internopay is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to manage client interactions, resolve customer inquiries, and ensure an excellent customer experience across our remittance and liquidity services. The ideal candidate will act as the first point of contact for customers, providing timely support and maintaining strong relationships with users and partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries via email, phone, chat, and social channels.
  • Provide accurate information regarding money transfers, transactions, account services, and platform usage.
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
  • Monitor and track customer requests to ensure timely resolution.
  • Escalate complex issues to relevant internal teams (Compliance, Operations, or Technical Support).
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
  • Assist customers with onboarding, account verification, and troubleshooting.
  • Educate clients on Internopay’s products and services.
  • Support fraud prevention by identifying suspicious activities and reporting to the compliance team.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth transaction processing.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer trends and service improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Communication, or related field.
  • 1–3 years experience in Customer Service, preferably in Fintech, Banking, or Financial Services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced fintech environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer requests simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of remittance services, digital payments, or FX transactions is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦200,000.00 - ₦300,000.00 per month

  • Customer service : 2 years (Preferred)
