ROLE SUMMARY:
A leading Fashion brand in Lekki is seeking a personable, detail-oriented, and fashion-forward Customer Service Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for our valued clients.
Industry: Fashion Design
Location: Salem - Lekki, Lagos (Fully Onsite)
Salary: N250,000 - N300,000 Net Monthly
Work Hours: 9am - 5:30pm
Work Days: Mondays to Fridays + Alternate Saturdays
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, phone, email, or live chat
- Track and update customers on order status, delivery timelines, and shipping issues
- Stay updated on style and fashion trends for effective client communication
- Log and track common issues, feedback, or complaints for internal review
REQUIREMENTS:
- B.Sc. in Mass Communication, Communication Studies or related field
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in fashion, retail or e-commerce
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Time management and multitasking abilities
- Ability to confidently guide customers on sizing, styling, and product options
- Great Experience with CRM Software
Pay: ₦250,000.00 - ₦300,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
