About the Role:

We are hiring a proactive and focused Customer Service Representative with a proven experience in fashion and lifestyle industry to join our team in Osapa London Lekki, Lagos. If you enjoy communicating clearly, solving problems, and making customers feel valued, we'd love to meet you. Proximity to Lekki or be willing to use company accommodation is important.

Key Responsibilities:

 Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, social media, and phone.

 Provide accurate information on product availability, sizing, details, and styling

recommendations.

 Maintain accurate records of all operational activities

 Assist with order tracking, returns, and exchanges, ensuring all issues are resolved

smoothly and professionally.

 Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all product lines, including seasonal drops and

bestsellers.

 Collaborate with logistics and fulfillment teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

 Document customer feedback and issues to help improve service and inform team

decisions.

Qualifications & Experience:

 Minimum of HND or B.Sc. in any relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Mass

Communication, Marketing, or related).

 2–3 years proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the fashion,

retail, or lifestyle industry.

 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and digital collaboration tools.

 Strong organisational, planning, and analytical skills.

 Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication across all levels of the

organisation.

 Understanding of fashion trends, production processes, and creative workflows.

Pay: ₦200,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Lekki: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
