We are hiring a compassionate, detail-oriented, and highly organized Customer Service Professional to support our SSD Intake, Case Management, and Status Specialist teams. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about client service, skilled in communication, and committed to helping individuals navigate the Social Security Disability (SSD) claims process with confidence and care.
As a call centre agent and customer service professional, you will play a critical role in supporting clients throughout their SSD journey by gathering and updating case information, monitoring claim progress, conducting follow-ups, and maintaining communication with clients and Social Security offices. The ideal candidate is professional, empathetic, tech-savvy, and able to manage sensitive information with accuracy and discretion.
Key ResponsibilitiesIntake Support
- Guide prospective clients through detailed intake questionnaires to collect legal, medical, and personal information.
- Accurately document and update client records in Salesforce CRM.
- Work closely with attorneys and legal staff to assess case viability and support case assignments.
- Assist clients with required forms, documentation, and signatures.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Provide clear guidance and compassionate support throughout the intake process.
- Organize and maintain digital case files and supporting records.
- Support general administrative and operational tasks as needed.
Case Management Support
Client Communication & Assistance
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients during the SSD claims process.
- Provide timely updates on claim progress and explain each stage of the process clearly.
- Educate clients on SSD application, reconsideration, and appeals procedures.
- Respond to client inquiries professionally, promptly, and empathetically.
Case Documentation & Coordination
- Collect and organize medical records, employment history, and supporting documents.
- Assist clients in completing SSA forms and uploading documentation accurately into Salesforce.
- Maintain detailed, up-to-date case records within the firm’s case management system.
- Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and internal teams to support case preparation and progression.
Status Specialist Support
- Communicate with SSA representatives to obtain updates and resolve pending issues.
- Accurately record and track claim status updates in Salesforce CRM.
- Notify caseworkers of claim developments, required actions, and SSA decisions.
- Prepare, submit, and fax documentation to support efficient claim processing.
Requirements & QualificationsRequired
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Mass Communication, English, or a related field (minimum of Second Class Lower – 2:2).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong English proficiency.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage confidential information professionally and responsibly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM.
- Availability to work on-site in Abuja (CBD) from 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM WAT.
- A company-provided shuttle service is available for evening transportation to designated drop-off points.
Preferred
- Familiarity with Social Security Disability (SSD) law and SSA regulations.
- Previous experience in case management, legal support, customer service, or client-facing roles.
Pay: ₦190,000.00 per month
