Job Description:

Position Overview: As an Application Support / Customer Service Specialist, you will play a vital role in engaging with prospective clients and existing customers. You will conduct product demonstrations, provide application usage training, and address customer inquiries to ensure a smooth user experience. Your expertise will help clients leverage our solutions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct product demonstrations for prospective clients, showcasing features and benefits to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Deliver application usage training sessions to new and existing customers, ensuring they understand how to utilize our software to its full potential.
• Provide ongoing customer support by addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving concerns in a timely manner.
• Create and maintain training materials and documentation to enhance the customer learning experience.
• Gather customer feedback to identify areas for product improvement and communicate insights to the product team.
• Assist in onboarding new customers, ensuring a seamless transition and adoption of our solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Excellent presentation and training skills, with the ability to engage and educate diverse audiences.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
• Proficient in using customer support tools and software applications.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦50,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Lagos (Lagos)
