Job Title: Contract Store Keeper

Location: Hybrid

Contract Type: Fixed-Term Contract

Role Overview

We are currently seeking to hire a Storekeeper who can operate on flexible, call-out terms on an ongoing basis.

Contract Details:

  • This is a fixed-term, call-out position.
  • The initial contract starts at a duration of 3 months.
  • The contract is renewable based on project duration and individual performance.
  • Engagement will be on an as-needed (call-out) basis, depending on project requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and record deliveries of materials and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate inventory of site materials.
  • Issue materials to site teams as per requisition and keep proper records.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely reordering.
  • Safeguard materials against loss, damage, or theft.
  • Prepare daily/weekly inventory reports for project management.

Qualifications & Skills

  • OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.
  • 3–5 years’ experience as a storekeeper in construction, manufacturing or Fit-out.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management and record-keeping.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel or inventory software.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Success Metrics

  • 100% accuracy in inventory records and material issuance.
  • Zero stockouts of critical materials during project execution.
  • On-time reporting of stock levels and discrepancies.
  • Reduction in material loss, theft, or wastage by at least 90%.

Pay: ₦200,000.00 - ₦300,000.00 per month
