Our client is urgently seeking suitable and qualified candidates to fill the position below:

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account/Admin Assistant (Intern) to support the day-to-day administrative and accounting operations of the business.

This is a one-month contract role ideal for someone looking to gain practical experience in administration, finance, and office operations while working in a fast-paced professional environment.

What You'll Do

  • Assist with daily administrative and office support activities
  • Maintain and organize physical and electronic records and documents
  • Support invoice preparation, payment tracking, and expense recording
  • Assist with petty cash management and reconciliation
  • Help maintain accurate financial and operational records
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other documentation as required
  • Support scheduling, correspondence, and general office coordination
  • Assist with filing, data entry, and document management
  • Ensure records are accurate, updated, and easily accessible
  • Provide support to the Accounts and Administration team on assigned tasks

Must-Have Requirements

  • HND, or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles , Account Payables and administrative processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Based in Lagos or able to work from the assigned location

Nice to Have

  • Previous internship or administrative experience
  • Familiarity with accounting software or bookkeeping tools
  • Experience with data entry and record management
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills

Contract Duration

  • One (1) Month Contract
