Job Title: Project Coordinator

Location: Ishagamu Interchange Lagos

Salary: ₦6,000,000 – ₦7,200,000 Per Annum
Experience Level: 6 -8 years

About the Opportunity

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support the coordination and delivery of multiple projects.

Target candidates may currently or previously work with firms such as: Design Group Nigeria, Delano Architects, FMA Architects, Consultants Collaborative Partnership, James Cubitt Architects, Consol Associates, Adesanya & Elevated Quantity Surveying Firm, SEA Surveyors, Alfred Ashaka & Co, Ubosi Eleh + Co, or similar architectural, QS, engineering, construction, or project management firms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate multiple projects, track milestones, deadlines, deliverables, and payment schedules.
  • Attend site visits and meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action points.
  • Liaise with contractors, consultants, vendors, and site supervisors to monitor project progress.
  • Maintain project documentation, trackers, risk/issue logs, and ensure proper version control.
  • Support the Senior Project Manager with correspondence, scheduling, reporting, and stakeholder follow-up.
  • Prepare/review reports, variation orders, payment certificates, presentations, and project documentation.
  • Assist with BoQs, cost estimates, measurement take-offs, valuations, variations, and tender submissions.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for procurement, site visits, travel, and project activities.

Requirements

  • B.Sc./HND in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Architecture, or a related built-environment discipline.
  • 5–10 years' relevant experience in project coordination, QS, construction, engineering, architectural, or related project environments.
  • Strong knowledge of BoQs, measurement, valuations, payment certificates, variations, and basic contract administration.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and drive tasks to completion.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • NIQS membership or pursuit is an advantage.
  • Experience with project tracking/scheduling tools is an added advantage.
