Our client is urgently seeking suitable and qualified candidates to fill the position below:
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account/Admin Assistant (Intern) to support the day-to-day administrative and accounting operations of the business.
This is a one-month contract role ideal for someone looking to gain practical experience in administration, finance, and office operations while working in a fast-paced professional environment.
What You'll Do
- Assist with daily administrative and office support activities
- Maintain and organize physical and electronic records and documents
- Support invoice preparation, payment tracking, and expense recording
- Assist with petty cash management and reconciliation
- Help maintain accurate financial and operational records
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other documentation as required
- Support scheduling, correspondence, and general office coordination
- Assist with filing, data entry, and document management
- Ensure records are accurate, updated, and easily accessible
- Provide support to the Accounts and Administration team on assigned tasks
Must-Have Requirements
- HND, or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles , Account Payables and administrative processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
- Based in Lagos or able to work from the assigned location
Nice to Have
- Previous internship or administrative experience
- Familiarity with accounting software or bookkeeping tools
- Experience with data entry and record management
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
Contract Duration
- One (1) Month Contract
