Responsibilities:

Admissions Management:

• Manage student application processes for universities and colleges.
• Review and verify academic documents and application requirements.
• Ensure timely submission of applications to partner institutions.
• Track application progress and communicate updates to clients.
• Maintain accurate records of applications and admissions decisions.

Visa Processing:

• Prepare and submit visa applications and supporting documentation.
• Ensure compliance with embassy and immigration requirements.
• Review visa documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor visa processing timelines and application outcomes.
• Provide guidance and support to clients on visa interview preparation.

Client Management:

• Provide professional counselling to clients regarding study abroad options and admission requirements.
• Communicate application and visa updates to clients.
• Handle client inquiries and resolve issues or escalate complex cases when necessary.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Compliance and Quality Assurance

• Ensure compliance with embassy regulations, immigration requirements, and institutional guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of applications and visa decisions.
• Implement quality checks to minimise documentation errors.
• Ensure data confidentiality and security.

Reporting and Operations

• Prepare weekly and monthly admissions and visa processing reports.
• Track visa approval and refusal rates.
• Monitor application processing timelines.
• Identify operational challenges and recommend process improvements.
• Support the achievement of admissions and visa processing targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in education, business administration, international relations, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in admissions, visa processing, or study abroad consultancy.
• Strong knowledge of visa and immigration procedures.
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent time-management and organisational skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience working in a study abroad consultancy.
• Experience processing student visa applications for the UK, Canada, USA, or Australia.
• Experience managing university or college admissions applications.
• Experience working with multiple partner institutions and clients.

• Visa approval rate.

Remuneration: NGN 350,000 - 450,000 Monthly
