Job Summary:

We're looking for a detail-oriented and hardworking cleaner to join our ghost kitchen team. As a cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will help us deliver high-quality food to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Clean and sanitize all kitchen areas, including cooking equipment, utensils, and storage spaces.

2. Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area, ensuring all dishes and equipment are properly cleaned and stored.

3. Sweep, mop, and clean floors, walls, and ceilings to prevent dirt and grease buildup.

4. Dispose of waste and recyclables according to kitchen protocols.

5. Assist with cleaning and sanitizing food preparation areas, including counters, sinks, and stoves.

6. Restock cleaning supplies and paper products as needed.

7. Report any maintenance or repair issues to management.

8. Adhere to all health and safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Requirements:

- Ability to lift up to 25 kg (55 lbs)

- Stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks

- Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and sanitizing practices

- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Good communication skills and teamwork

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₦50,000.00 per month
