Full job description

Receive, process, and disburse payments accurately in line with approved company procedures.

  • Verify transaction details before completing payments, transfers, withdrawals, or refunds.
  • Issue receipts and maintain accurate records of all cash and electronic transactions.
  • Identify, investigate, document, and report cash discrepancies, failed transactions, duplicate payments, and settlement delays.
  • Monitor transaction statuses and follow up on pending, failed, or reversed transactions.
  • Prepare and submit daily cashier reports, transaction summaries, and reconciliation records to the appropriate supervisor.
  • Follow approved procedures for transaction reversals, refunds, chargebacks, and disputed payments.
  • Ensure that all transactions are properly authorized, documented, and supported by verifiable records.
  • Comply with company policies, standard operating procedures, and applicable Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and fraud-prevention requirements.
  • Protect customer information, financial records, transaction credentials, and other confidential company data.
  • Maintain proper documentation and audit trails for financial transactions and cooperate with internal audits when required.
  • Work closely with other department teams to resolve transaction discrepancies and improve operational efficiency.
  • Perform other finance- and cashier-related duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.

QUALIFICATION
2-3 years experience in cashier, account receivables or finance related positions

Background in Account or finance

Must reside within, ogba or ikeja axis

Pay: ₦200,000.00 - ₦250,000.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
