Full job description

We are looking for a knowledgeable Customer Care Representative to assist online and walk-in customers. The role involves attending to customer inquiries, promoting our fabric products, building strong customer relationships, understanding customer needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction while representing the brand professionally. This is a great opportunity to grow a long-term career with us. Requirements

  • Minimum of BSc or HND in marketing or any field
  • Proven experience in sales or customer service (an advantage)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to sell to online and walk-in customers
  • Good negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Customer focused with a positive attitude
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Basic computer skills (WhatsApp, email, POS systems)
  • Good understanding of products and market trends
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Professional appearance and good time management skills
  • Integrity, honesty, and strong work ethic
  • Previous retail or online sales experience
  • Knowledge of social media selling (Instagram, WhatsApp Business, etc.)
