Business Analyst jobs in Lagos

We are seeking a proactive Business Analyst with experience in Business Development and Community Management to support business growth through data analysis, partnership development, customer engagement, and strategic insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business and performance trends
• Monitor targets, KPIs, and growth metrics
• Prepare reports and business insights
• Identify and onboard strategic partners
• Support community engagement and customer retention initiatives
• Identify business growth opportunities
• Conduct market and competitor research
• Collaborate with Growth, Operations, and Management teams

Requirements:

• Experience in Business Analysis, Business Development, or Community Management
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Good understanding of business growth and customer engagement
• Ability to build and manage partnerships
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools
• Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights

Preferred:Experience in Tech, Adtech, or Digital Advertising industryKnowledge of CRM or community management tools

Pay: ₦400,000.00 - ₦500,000.00 per month
