Full job description

Our client who has a technology studio and agency that designs and builds digital product across industires is looking for a Growth & Marketing Manager to drive product growth, customer acquisition, partnerships, and go-to-market strategies..

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for different products and markets.
  • Drive customer acquisition, product adoption, and business growth.
  • Build marketing channels, strategic partnerships, and communities.
  • Conduct market and customer research and turn insights into actionable growth strategies.
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and Sales teams to drive product success.
  • Identify and test new growth opportunities across emerging technology spaces.

Requirements:

  • Experience in growth marketing, product marketing, business development, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of GTM strategy, customer acquisition, and product growth.
  • Excellent research, analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple products, markets, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interest in AI, fintech, blockchain, SaaS, gaming, and digital platforms.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently.

Salary: ₦200,000 monthly

Work Schedule: Remote Monday – Friday (Remote)
