Product Manager – Fintech & Platform Operations

• Salary: ₦800,000 net monthly

Job Description

Our client, a FinTech, is seeking a strong Product Manager to lead the product and implementation coordination for a rapidly growing fintech infrastructure platform.

Preferred Background & Qualifications

• Strong fintech and/or e-commerce product management experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership/management experience.
• Experience managing cross-functional tech teams (backend, frontend, DevOps, QA, UI/UX).
• Proven track record of delivering live digital products/platforms from concept to deployment.
• Strong understanding of fintech ecosystems, payment systems, digital lending, credit systems, APIs, wallets, or banking integrations.
• Experience working within agile/sprint delivery environments.
• Ability to coordinate both technical and operational stakeholders.
• Strong product documentation and reporting capability.
• Experience with customer onboarding and platform adoption strategies.
• Deep understanding of user journeys, dashboards, workflows, and operational systems.
• Experience managing third-party vendors and external implementation partners is an advantage.
• Blockchain/Open Banking exposure is an advantage.
• Must be proactive, execution-driven, and capable of operating in a fast-paced startup environment.

Role Expectations

• Lead and coordinate PeerPay’s tech and product implementation team.
• Manage delivery timelines, product roadmaps, and rollout priorities.
• Coordinate directly with operations and field implementation teams.
• Work closely with engineering, UI/UX, compliance, and leadership teams.
• Translate business requirements into seamless product execution.
• Oversee MVP deployment, testing, onboarding, and scale-up.
• Ensure operational readiness and system stability during rollout.

Pay: ₦800,000.00 per month
