We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Lounge Bar Assistant to prepare and serve beverages, handle guest orders, maintain cleanliness of the bar area, and support smooth daily operations. The role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced lounge environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a welcoming lounge experience for all guests
  • Take and process drink orders accurately using the POS system
  • Prepare and serve beverages according to lounge recipes and presentation standards
  • Make recommendations to guests based on preferences and available menu items
  • Restock bar supplies, monitor inventory levels, and report shortages or equipment issues
  • Handle both walk-in and table orders efficiently and professionally
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene of the bar and lounge area at all times
  • Rotate stock properly and ensure proper storage of beverages and ingredients
  • Assist in daily opening and closing duties of the bar
  • Comply with all safety, hygiene, and alcohol service regulations
  • Support routine cleaning of glassware, equipment, and bar surfaces
  • Contribute ideas for improving drink offerings and guest experience

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a bar, lounge, restaurant, or hospitality setting is preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of drinks, cocktails, and beverage service is an advantage
