Full job description

Dwellion Designs is looking to hire a Design architect to join their team. He or she should be creative all-round designer, with a good understanding of space planning, as well as a good eye for detail.

Job Overview

Minimum Qualification: HND degree Architecture.

Experience Level: Intermediate level

Experience Length: 3-5 years minimum

Salary Range: N300,000 – N400,000

Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and determine client’s requirements, develop briefs and advise them on the practicality of their project.
  • Prepare and present feasibility reports and design proposals to clients.
  • Ensure compliance with planning regulations and safety regulations.
  • Carry out preliminary site inspection
  • Monitor construction and planning process and advise contractors, engineers, and others on process improvements and operational enhancements for the construction projects
  • Authorize working drawings and details, and other construction documents
  • Gather data, compile reports and deliver presentations to relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure quality standards

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of an HND degree in Architecture
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Very good written and verbal communication skills. .
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Must be able to deliver projects as scheduled and within tight deadlines.
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Must be very creative.
  • Must be able to work productively and amicable with other members of the team.
