Job Title: Admin/Operations Assistant

Location:Abuja

Salary: 100,000 - 250,000 Based on Experience

Our client, a premium domestic staffing and household management consultancy, is seeking a highly organised, proactive, professional, and detail-oriented Admin/Operations Assistant to support daily business operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative and operational tasks efficiently, coordinating schedules and communications, and ensuring smooth workflow across the organisation in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage schedules, meetings, interviews, appointments, and training sessions.
  • Coordinate daily administrative and operational activities to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Manage the business inbox and respond to enquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Prepare onboarding documents, contracts, reports, presentations, and staff records.
  • Support recruitment, placement, and client coordination processes.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, suppliers, contractors, and staff.
  • Raise invoices, track payments, manage receipts, and support basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Liaise with the accountant to ensure accurate financial records and reporting.
  • Maintain operational processes, documentation, and standard procedures.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, freelancers, and service providers to ensure timely delivery of tasks.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend process improvements where necessary.
  • Manage subscriptions, supplier accounts, and general office administration tasks.
  • Support ad hoc projects and additional responsibilities as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦100,000.00 - ₦250,000.00 per month
